The art of communication is lost on many.

In today’s day and age, where people communicate in text speak, writing content for your business might prove difficult.


What to say? How to say it? Where to start?



In school we learn how write essays with the right punctuation and correct grammar. Or at least that’s what they used to teach. But content isn’t about writing an essay. It’s about engaging your reader and telling them about you and your business. Interestingly enough, most of us use our emotions when choosing products and services, especially when walking into a shop. How many of us will simply buy a product because we like the look of it?


Did you know that the product packaging ‘talks’ to us? Yes, really. Companies spend a great deal of money designing packaging. The colour, the font and the type of packaging all give a message. The key is to convey your message correctly and to sell your product or service based on that message.


Take a step back, look at your product/service from a different angle and establish whether your message comes through loud and clear. If not, it’s time to rethink your branding.
